It had been ages since I wrote something, and I'd been sitting around with a barely useable left hand, so I started this using a selection of midi loops for guitar, bass, drums, percs and keys. As my left hand got better and stronger, I replaced the loops with live tracks one by one and completely changed the feel of the song.
What's it about? Not completely sure - the words feel somehow right, and they touch on some issues I've been having lately, but they don't "tell a story" as such.
Just go with the groove.
