Joe wrote this back in 1982 in response to a media storm erupting around the "tragic and unfortunate" private life and fall from grace of a then, popular entertainer.
It's often called "Tall Poppy Syndrome" in Australia, but it's really just about making media misery money.
Step forward in time and very little has changed.
Big thanks to Neil for resurrecting the song and for kicking it up with Mike to 2022.
